1. 国家自然科研基金青年基金项目，31301870，原指树蛙属的分类、系统进化及生物地理学研究，已结题，主持。

2.  国家自然科研基金面上项目，31872212，三江并流区三种两栖类比较谱系地理学研究，在研，主持。

3. 国家自然科研基金地区基金，32060114，云南树蛙科的分类与物种多样性研究，在研，主持。
